Moradabad: Drunk doctor creates ruckus on duty in government hospital

A doctor was caught in a drunken state on duty in a government hospital in Uttar Pradesh's Moradabad area. In fact, the inebriated doctor, who was reportedly on duty in emergency room, created ruckus in front of all the staff members and patients.
