Nation Agenda: Is Swaraj visit a breaking of impasse

An Indian Foreign Minister will be visiting Pakistan today for the first time since 2012 when SM Krishna, travelled to Islamabad in 2012, which was before Mr Narendra Modi became Prime Minister of India. This happens in backdrop of meeting of NSAs of the two countries. Is this really a breaking of impasse.
