Padmaavat Row: Is the Karni Sena higher than the Supreme Court?

Even after the Supreme Court said it will not ban Padmaavat, the Karni Sena members are still creating rifts and problems and vandalising theatres and malls. The government is unable to do anything. Is Karni Sena higher than Supreme Court’s decision?
