Continuous rains in Bihar since Friday has disturbed the normal life as water logging was reported from various parts of the state. Hospital in Bihar's Patna area was flooded after heavy rains, forcing doctors and patients to stand in knee-deep water. Several attendants were forced to stand throughout the night as dirty water flooded the wards and corridors of the hospital.
