Police fired on Vikas Dubey in self defence: UP ADG

ADG of Uttar Pradesh said, while bringing from Ujjain, an STF vehicle overturned, in which Vikas was seated. After that Vikas Dubey ran away with the pistol of the police. In response, the police opened fire. Earlier, Vikas Dubey was asked to surrender. 12 operatives of Vikas Dubey gang are being searched. Gangster Vikas Dubey, most wanted for 8 policemen murder, was shot dead in an early morning encounter. After a police convoy had overturned, Dubey tried to flee but was injured in an encounter.
