Ragging, a social evil needs to be eradicated

Ragging is a menace that has to be driven out ruthlessly using the laws effectively. But at the same time there are psychological and social angles to it that need to be studied and come out with effective policies. To stamp out this uncivilised act there is a need to involve all the stakeholders like students, parents, student unions, colleges and the managements.
