Should there be a law to protect aging parents in India?

In last few years, number of Old Age Homes have doubled in India, which shows insensitivity of our youth towards their aging parents. Like China, India should also implement new law which should compel children to fulfill emotional and physical needs of their parents, which includes visiting them often or facing fines and potential jail time.
