Speed News 4 PM: high-alert sounded in country ahead of Republic Day

Thousands of Delhi Police and paramilitary personnel will be keeping a tight vigil on Republic Day in the national capital on Thursday with special emphasis on neutralising airborne threats in view of intelligence inputs. An alleged infiltrator has been identified in Punjab and security has also been beefed in the area.
