Speed News: Gujarat HC acquits Maya Kodnani, upholds Babu Bajrangi's conviction Gujarat high court on Friday acquitted 17 persons including Maya Kodnani and upheld the conviction of 12 persons including Babu Bajrangi in the 2002 Naroda Patiya massacre case. The court acquitted Kodnani giving her a benefit of doubt because none of the 11 witnesses mentioned about her involvement in the case. "Maya Kodnani's delayed nailing in the case cannot be accepted," the court observed.
