Speed News: Rains in the Delhi-NCR region causes heavy traffic

Rains in the Delhi-NCR region caused a heavy traffic jam in the city on Saturday. Delhi's civil lines area was completely waterlogged. Many vehicles were drowned in the rainwater. The water level in the area was above waist level which caused difficulty in the routine life.
