Speed100: Khattar delays decision till March 31

Amid roaring protests in Haryana, Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has delayed decision over Jat reservation till March 31. Requesting protesters to quit their agitation, he also appealed everyone to maintain peace and harmony in Haryana. Earlier today CM had called an all-party meet on to find a way out of the impasse.
