Uttarakhand flood: Cow stuck in flood water, safely rescued

A cow caught stuck in flooded river in Uttarkashi district was safely rescued by locals. Regional weather office has already issued an alert of a heavy to very heavy rainfall in Dehradun and districts of Uttarkashi and Udham Singh Sagar for the next three days.
