Viral video: Man with bullet injury asks for help, mob records video

In Delhi Bawana area, a man named Kuldeep was critically injured as he was shot by some unknown goons. Bleeding Kuldeep kept sighing in pain but no one came to his help. The mob instead kept recording video. He was taken to hospital only after his condition deteriorated.
