The voting for the Maharashtra and Haryana Assembly elections is underway. While the BJP, which rules both the states, will look to retain power, the opposition Congress would hope to win back people’s trust after the debacle in Lok Sabha elections. Union Minister Smriti Irani arrived at a poll booth in Mumbai where she cast vote. She also met an emotional 93-year-old at the booth.
