Delhi BJP chief Manoj Tiwari lashed out at Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal saying, "It is known to everyone that Arvind Kejriwal is an opportunist and he changes himself as per elections. Narendra Modi was PM earlier too, but Delhi CM did not bother to ask anything from him." He added, "Kejriwal is here to spread anarchy and has nothing to do with the development of Delhi."
