Watch: Police officer attacks doctor in Bihar’s Siwan

A shocking video surfaced from Bihar Siwan in which a police officer attacked a doctor with a chair. A group of policemen arrived at the hospital and asked Dr. Alok Kumar Singh to do a post-mortem of one dead cop’s body. When Dr. Singh referred the body to PMCH, a policeman Rakesh Kumar hit him by a chair. Watch the full story.
