Waterlogging to traffic snarls: How Rains bring Mumbai to halt

The Mumbaikars woke up to heavy rains on Sunday. After continuous heat and sunshine, rain comes as a huge sigh of relief for the residents of the city. Although, there are certain areas in Mumbai that are facing huge water logging and traffic snarls. There have been reports of landslide and collapse of walls. Hence, BMC's failure yet again comes to the surface.
