Question Hour: NGT slams Delhi Government over implementation of 'Odd-even' scheme

NGT has stopped the Delhi government from implementing the odd-even scheme in the city for curbing the air pollution. NGT has also asked the Arvind Kejriwal led government to prove that odd-even scheme was actually effective in improving the quality of air when it was implemented.
