Question Hour: Should India carry out a second surgical strike against Pakistan?

Question Hour: Another ceasefire violation by the Pakistan army killed four army personnel of India in Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri. This ceasefire killed Captain Kapil Kundu, along with three other riflemen, Ramavtar, Shubahm Singh, and Roshan Lal. The question here arises is why is the government not taking any action? Should India carry out another surgical strike against Pakistan?
