Super Question Hour: Odd-even plan set to return from April 15 for 15 days

The second phase of odd-even traffic experiment in Delhi will be from April 15 to April 30, Delhi chief minister made this announcement on Thursday. Citing the survey carried out by the government, Arvind Kejriwal said that 81 per cent of people of Delhi wanted the odd-even plan to return.
