Bihar Government Has Taken The Decision To Promote Students Of Bihar Board From Class 1 To Class 9 And Class 11 To The Next Grade Without Exams.
Bihar Government has taken the decision to promote students of Bihar Board from Class 1 to Class 9 and Class 11 to the next grade without exams. The decision has been taken by the Education Department, Bihar. Bihar Board Students of Class 1 to Class 9 and Class 11 Students will get promotion as there seems to be no possibility of conducting exams for these classes amid coronavirus outbreak. In the meantime, BSEB has conducted the Class 10 and Class 12 Board exams in the state. Further, the Bihar Board Class 12 Result 2020 was already declared a few weeks back.
Students of State Boards to be Promoted
Earlier, many boards such as MP Board, Himachal Pradesh Board, West Bengal Board, UP Board and Maharashtra Board have also decided to promote the students of Class 1 to Class 8/Class 9 without exams due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Many state schools and educational institutes have also decided to resume class through online mediums.

Other than this, many entrance examinations such as JEE Main and NEET UG exam are also postponed due to the outbreak of Coronavirus. Further, UPSC and SSC have also postponed some of the upcoming exams due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Bihar Board Class 10 Result 2020
It is to note that the Bihar Board Class 10 Exam 2020 is completed and the result is likely to be declared by the fourth week of April, 2020. However, no official confirmation about the declaration of Class 10 result has been released by BSEB as of now.
